How can I stop my 10 month old Golden Retreiver from jumping on & basically pestering my 16 mo. old daughter?

I have a 4 year old son too that gets so frustrated by the puppy ( and quite a large one at that) constantly jumping all the time as well. Sometimes I feel like all I do is yell at the poor thing - I'm sure there has to be a better way.
