This is truly unbelievable. You have to turn him in. Think of it as not only saving his life, but maybe many more. Is this even a licensed therapist that he's seeing? I can't hardly believe any reputable one would say anything like that. I would go to a minister (church), american board of psychiatry, your doctor, or anyone else I could who would listen and help you.
