How do I remove a cd trapped in a 6-cd changer on a ford edge?

Same thing happened to my focus, I had to eject all of he cds that were in it, (that would come out), then kindof bang/hit the cd player to get them to pop out. I also had to hit the eject on after turning the cd on and off. Good Luck
