How do you convert a .wma file into a .wav, a .midi, a .mid, or a .mp3 file?

I have this .wma type of file and i want to convert it so it can be posted on my html website. I don't have any other program besides windows media player, itunes, quicktime, realtime, and nero. I don't want to get a new program. So what's the easiest way to convert?
