Chef or bouncer i need help please?

at the moment i am at collage in england studying catoring lv1 and i am 17 so when it is my 18 i am going to take my door lisence course so sia but now i am stuck and dont know what to do for my future i love martial arts and sorts stuff like fights and thing out wont bother me but i also love cooking. so really i want to now what you think which 1 is better ? which will i get more money in ? which job will be better for me in the times we are in? and just put down what you think about it and what you would do personaly thank you.
