Honest answers to tertiary education in Ukraine?

I'm sorta in a fix right now and I need good answers quickly. I just had a quick change of plans and now i want to study medicine in Ukraine. Please I need your honest opinons on how good the education system is,just tell me what you know or experienced there (academics pls:) ) or anyone you know of that has studied there.
