What to do about my daughter?

She wants her ears pierced in three places. She purchased a push-up bra, and some rather short dresses. I found a vibrator in her room, and that's not the worst part. I caught her in a very inappropriate situation with another girl.What should I do? She's kissing girls, dressing provocatively, and involved with a boy 5 years older & she's only 18. Help.
