How did cadaver get on an item of Madeleine’s clothing?

well, i know there is some confusion over whether kate has actually worked since dec 2006, it has never been confirmed that she has actually worked since then, this i believe is one of the questions she refused to answer, and this is also one of the requests by the P.J to be knocked back by our british police (along with bank statements and health records etc) .. and as everyone else says, 6bodies for a PART TIME G.P ..well is she related to Harold ...by any chance?? ..cadaver odour is not the thing that stinks in this sad case!!!!
