How do you get a job after you've been fired?

I was recently let go from my position and the reason why I was let go was because "it just wasn't the right fit". Then the HR manager went on explaining that my skills are fit for a more structured company and not a start-up environment (whatever that means). So I don't know how to address this. It doesn't sound bad, but I'm a little intimidated by the situation. i have great references from the position which I was let go from. But I don't know how to articulate a good answer from this, does anyone have any advice on how I can tackle this?
