If God were a just God, why is there only heaven and hell?

God is just and true, but God wants us to love him back. Which means to follow all of his commandments. But some men and women love themself's more then God. By killing there unborn baby's, ity, killing, not praying, etc. The ones that love God and follow his commandments and use all the sacraments God gave us because he loves us. Or people can do what they want because they think there is no God and they will be sent to hell. We make that choice not God. Our Lord is all good and cant be close to sin.
