If a region's fertility rate is below 2.1 children/woman, how long does the pop. decline until it stabilizes?

Japan, Germany, and Italy are really experiencing rapidly ageing populations and a sub-replacement fertility rate of about 1.3 children born per woman (2.1 needed to keep pop. constant). All three of those countries are declining in population, without immigration, how do you figure out when the population will stop declining and stabilize?
