Is it possible to feel this side effects so soon? What can I do to help them?

I'm not a doctor, but I'd probably stop the Cipralex until I could call the doctor on Monday. Side effects from meds can show up pretty fast. Some of your symptoms match the side effects for Cipralex, especially the nausea and diarrhea. You may not be able to take this med. If you stop it, and the symptoms go away, it was the Cipralex. I don't know if Ativan would interact with the Cipralex or not. As I said, I'm not a doctor, but it sounds like side effects from the Cipralex.
