Making a Hedwig/snowy owl costume for an 11 month old?

oh thats cool. try letting your child where a sweater or hoody under the costume. you could buy one of those costumes on e bay if they don't have it at wal mart. also my picture is from when i was a baby, but i might change it. now i'm 13 years old
