Photoshop help, wheres all my tools?

So I was using photoshop on boyfriends account on our lap top. On his photoshop tools palette (the long bar on the right side of the screen) he has the paint bucket, and magic wand and such. But when I made a new user account for me, some of the tools were missing. Like paint bucket and such. How do I put them in there?
