Plz help..girls preferred..guys can answer to.What can I do about this?

Ok,I have had a b/f who I am still attracted to.We broke up like alot of time 5+ times then went to fwb then back to with each other.Now there is this girl who likes him & he broke up with me n' is currently with her.The problem is I get so jealous of the girl you know? It feel like I want to kick her or something like that.And now he won't even talk to me because the girl said not to talk to me.I tried to talk to him & he said if you want to talk to me talk to (the girls name.) It kills me to see them together & for him to stop talking to me.And I still love him & I wouldn't want more then to be back with him.I have been crying my self to sleep for the past weeks.I don't know what to do,what do you suggest?
