Velocity question physics!?

Hmmm, strange wording. If the fixed block was at, say 10 degrees, then the sliding block might be going down the steep side, then it would actually be g*cos(10). And this makes more sense because they give you the height of the block. And what does the "bottom" mean? This is a poorly worded problem. I hope the teacher did not make it up themselves :( Either poorly worded, or just weirdly tricky - which has no place...
