Why am I receiving all e-mails with no content. JUST BLANK PAGES?

I started receiving blank e-mails and newsletters, so I closed my first account, as it was established a year ago when I did not have a home computer for business such as net flix. I am new to the internet. When I created another account, it came with a page, which is nice,;however, the e-mails are still BLANK on it, too. Does yahoo have a telephone number that you can call, preferably toll free? This is SOOOOOOOOOOO aggravating!PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
