What is the game with a guy puting people into TVs?

I remember trying to stream anime or something once and came across these guys playing this anime-styled game and i guess some guy in the game started thorwing people inside TVs, and when they went into the TV they went into a alternate dimension or something, and all the characters in the game are in some strange place and crazy **** is going on and they have to stop the guy from making the "alternate dimension place" from consuming the real world and the real world becoming the crazy place.... i remember there being some wierd stuffed animal character with them, a couple guys and a couple girls... anyone know the name of the game?
